Avoid the powerhouses. This doesn't mean your character can't be strong, but avoid giving the character an unjustifiable amount of power and/or abilities.
Try to keep it short and to the point. Depth is appreciated, but try not to exaggerate it; you don't need, for example, an extremely deep or complex background to have a good character. Keep your focus on the present and not the past; after all, the RP is the present.
Do not create too many characters. Limit yourself to three characters at most. Any additional characters will be rejected regardless of the concept. Players who exceeded this limit before the existence of this rule will be allowed to keep their characters, but they may not create new ones unless they reduce that number or receive special permission.
Remember the storyline. If a detail in your profile clearly contradicts an element from the series of the RolePlay, there is little doubt that the profile will be rejected. If you have trouble remembering certain details from the storyline, sites that contain scripts and other resources to refresh your memory exist.
